Today I have…

  • been given an extra day off
  • learned that a coworker and his wife are Buddhist
  • had a pretty decent work-out
  • realized just how out of shape I am

My plans for the rest of the day potentially include meditation, cleaning, baking, decorating, writing, and maybe even updating my youtube.  Right now, I’m just going to sit in my room, relax with my dog, drink some tea, and wait for this weird reaction I’m having to the supplement sample I decided to try today to subside.  They keep sending it to me as a freebie when I order my dietary supplements so I figured it was worth a shot.  Supposed to give you a pre-work-out boost, you know?  Turns out it mostly just makes me itch.
